- The apothecary has a very old aesthetic internally. Historical nerds may be able to pinpoint it having a very late 1400s, early 1500s feel to it.
- All signage, from labels to notes, is written in English with a Bulgarian translation. All cards have an old, stained look to it, and appear handwritten.
- Entire shop is made of wood.
- Smells different every week, often alternating between floral, citrusy, and even perfumed scents.
- Katherine is at the apothecary daily, unless kidnapped by Deerington.
- There is a small set of tables for people to sit and drink while they try samples.
- Vasilka will appear and disappear (like the Cheshire Cat), follow interesting customers around, and generally cause mayhem if she feels like it.

A few notes:
- Katherine's extensive life and travels are evident in the variety of products available.
- Katherine may or may not create everything by hand out of pure boredom.
- She is always trying to improve; she's constantly sourcing new things and researching into potential items. This is a hobby of hers.
- There will be opportunities to learn how to make your own shampoo, soap, etc.
